Undecided Major Degree

Program Offerings

With so many opportunities, it can seem overwhelming to decide on which major to pursue. That’s why in the first year at South Dakota Mines, students can have an undeclared major.

What does a undecided major do?

Some of South Dakota Mines’ best advisers have been selected to work with undeclared students to help them narrow their options for a degree. Once a student declares a degree, they will be connected with an advisor in that department.
